Part mixer, part masterclass. Attorneys at every career stage gather for cocktail hour mingling plus real-talk panels on topics like career transitions and ADR. It’s the place for the questions you’d never ask a colleague down the hall: work/life balance, navigating different treatment as a woman in the profession, and knowing when it’s time to make a move. While the mixers are open to all GAWL members, thoughtful mentor/mentee pairings will also be made for accepted applicants and pairings are encouraged to check in regularly.

GAWL’s longest-running, most-loved program. Small circles of attorneys spanning every experience level and background meet monthly — same day, same time — over breakfast, lunch, or dinner in neighborhoods across Atlanta. This isn’t a one-and-done coffee chat; it’s a genuine community where members relate to each other as both lawyers and women, opening up personally and professionally, and showing up for one another through every phase of life.
